• Do you track how many referrals (raw and unique hits) I send to your site?

  We track installs and purchases of HeatSeek, and we're working on adding hits as well. You can use standard tracking services (such as Google Analytics) to see how many of your users click off to HeatSeek, and combine this with the number of installs and purchases we provide you on the affiliate stats page.

• Will the HeatSeek software remove my existing affiliate cookies from the surfer's computer?

  No, any existing cookies on the surfer's computer will be respected by HeatSeek. If you have existing affiliate codes or sponsor IDs from users clicking on your links, they will be preserved!

• How often do I get my payment from Heatseek?

  We pay monthly at the end of the month for all account balances over the minimum balance (typically $50).

• Do I have to be an adult content site to send you traffic?

  No, you don't. Keep in mind that HeatSeek is software for adults over 18 only, but your traffic can be from any website.

• May I do email marketing?

  Absolutely not. We do not allow any email marketing.

• How long is a referred user tracked or cookied?

  We cookie users for 60 days after you refer them. That means you are credited if they install/purchase HeatSeek within 60-days of your referral.

• What if I refer a user who has already been referred by someone else?

  We give credit to the original referrer. We do not overwrite cookies if you are a secondary referral source.

• Can I send you foreign (non-english speaking) traffic?

  You can, but don't expect it to be high-quality.
